CruiseAware is a cruise traveler health and safety service operated by CruiseAware LLC ("CruiseAware," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy applies to the CruiseAware mobile application, the CruiseAware website, and the CruiseAware Country Intelligence Report service (together, the "Services").

We are committed to being transparent about the limited data we collect and to never selling your personal information.

We only collect information you choose to provide to us:

• Contact requests: When you send us a message through the app or website, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message so we can respond.
• Newsletter sign-ups: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name and email address so we can send it to you.
• Country Intelligence Report orders: When you purchase a report, we collect your email address and the ship and destination you enter so we can generate and deliver your report. Payment card details are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.

We do not use third-party advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

We use the information above only to:

• Respond to your questions and support requests;
• Send the newsletter and health and safety updates you requested;
• Generate and deliver reports you have purchased; and
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Services.

Ship sanitation scores, destination risk information, and health alerts shown in the Services are drawn from public sources such as the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Vessel Sanitation Program, CDC Travelers' Health, the U.S. Department of State, and the World Health Organization. This information is provided for general preparedness only and is not medical advice.

We share limited information only with trusted providers that help us operate the Services, and only as needed to perform their function:

• Stripe — securely processes report payments.
• Resend — delivers emails, such as your report, newsletter, or a reply to your message.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
• Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us.

CruiseAware is intended for adult travelers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
