Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and CruiseAware LLC ("CruiseAware," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply to the CruiseAware website, the CruiseAware mobile application, and the paid CruiseAware Trip Briefing service, also called the Country Intelligence Report (together, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

CruiseAware provides travel health and safety information for cruise travelers, including ship sanitation scores, destination risk information, health alerts, checklists, and personalized paid Trip Briefings. This information is drawn from public sources such as the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the U.S. Department of State, and the World Health Organization.

The Services provide general travel preparedness information only. They are not medical advice, legal advice, or a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. Always consult your doctor about vaccinations, medications, and health precautions before traveling, and review official government guidance for your destinations.

Conditions at sea and in port can change quickly. We work to keep information current, but we cannot guarantee that every score, alert, or advisory is complete, accurate, or up to date at the moment you read it.

A Trip Briefing is a personalized digital report prepared for the ship, destination(s), and email address you provide at checkout. Current pricing is shown on the order page — a single-destination briefing is $29 and the Full Voyage Briefing (up to 5 destinations) is $99.

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Your briefing is generated after payment and emailed to the address used at purchase, usually within a few minutes.
• Please double-check your email address and destination selections before paying — the briefing is custom-generated from what you enter.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Trip Briefings are for your personal use. Please do not resell or redistribute them.

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm others;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or their systems;
• Copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the Services' content without our permission.

The Services link to third-party websites such as the CDC, the U.S. Department of State, and retail partners. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies. Some store links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CruiseAware LLC disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CruiseAware LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or your reliance on information in them. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or $29 if you have not made a purchase).

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CruiseAware LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
